The project developed the Kosovo Energy Strategy 2022-2031, coordinated by the Kosovo Ministry of Energy, using the EPMM electricity model. The main focus of the strategy was the electricity market analysis, but it also covers the areasof energy efficiency, natural gas and heat production. The strategy was adopted by the Kosovo Parliament in March 2023.
