The main task of the first phase of the project is to reveal and prioritise those critical issues of the energy market regulation of the countries in the region that constitute the major constraints on a more coherent regional energy market harmonisation.
As the result of the analysis and the interviews a prioritised list of problematic issues have been prepared serving as a base for the work to be carried out in the second project phase.
