The objective of the project was to draft the Natural Gas Transmission Tariff Methodology for Georgia. The development of the new methodology included the establishment of an entry-exit system. The new rules are in line with both the Tariff Network Code and the existing Georgian legislation. The project consisted of three main parts: development of the methodology in close cooperation with the Georgian regulator (GNERC) and with the involvement of Georgian stakeholders, preparation of a tariff calculation tool based on Georgian data and preparation of a draft legal text based on the final agreed methodology.
