A consortium led by REKK – comprising Guidehouse, Cambridge Econometrics and Fraunhofer ISI – has carried out an analysis for the Directorate-General for Energy (DG Energy). The study provides an overview of best practices, challenges and relevant considerations relating to the tariff systems of European transmission system operators (TSOs), with particular regard to measures that encourage efficient investment, including the use of flexibility and other innovative solutions.
