Bálint Takács graduated with an MSc degree in Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest in 2006, and completed a postgraduate course in Energy market economist at REKK in 2019–2020. He has gained professional experience in economic, financial and public procurement fields, with a particular focus on energy investments and European Union-funded projects. Between 2007 and 2021, he worked at Sopron Holding Plc., where he held positions as controller, public procurement officer and later deputy chief financial officer. From 2021 to 2025, he was employed at E.ON Energy Solution Ltd. as a public procurement process coordinator. Since 2026, he has been supporting the work of REKK as financial manager.
