The first call for a technology neutral renewable energy auction was issued by the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority (HEA) in September 2019. The results have been published at the end of March 2020. At a workshop representatives of the Hungarian electricity and renewable energy sector analysed the results of the auction, with a view to further developments of the tendering procedures and design.
