FLEX4CEE - Flexibility integration in Central and Eastern EuropeUploaded: 25 of February, 2026

The FLEX4CEE project aims to facilitate the participation of household and small business electricity consumers in the demand-side flexibility market in the Visegrad Four (V4) countries and to help create the necessary legal, regulatory and market conditions for this. The analysis will explore the regulatory environment, barriers to deployment, estimate the potential of DSF and model the potential electricity market and flexibility market impacts. A business model will be developed with the involvement of market stakeholders, and policy recommendations and a roadmap will be developed. The project results will be used by stakeholders in the V4 countries to contribute to the development of new policies, market reforms, new products and services, support the establishment of a functioning DSF market.
