In his presentation entitled “Charging flexibility and V2G - opportunities for reducing the load on the electricity system”, Gábor Horváth presented REKK’s new model for optimizing the charging of electric cars (EVFM). The model can be used to analyze to what extent users responding to dynamic prices can reduce their charging costs by relocating charging in time or by feeding back into the system (V2G), and how this affects the load on the electricity system - especially during peak hours.
The presentation was given on March 10, 2026 at the Jedlik Ányos Cluster conference.
