Viktor Rácz joined the Regional Centre for Energy Policy Research as a research associate in September, 2018. Previously he was a research assistant at the Department of Sociology, Environmental and Business Economics, University of Southern Denmark where he also conducted his PhD studies in energy economics about the integration of electricity storage based renewable energy into the power grid. In 2015 he acted as a visiting scholar at the Department of Economics, University of Victoria, Canada. Besides his PhD studies, Viktor has been participating in several international projects within and outside of Europe. He also holds an MSc in Environmental and Resource Management from the University of Southern Denmark and a BA degree in Economist in Business Administration and Management from the Corvinus University of Budapest.
