The purpose of this workshop is to gauge the health and future of current national energy exchanges in Central and Eastern Europe. Two tracks will be explored. First, whether national exchanges are fulfilling their potential in providing market liquidity both nationally and regionally. Second, what are the possibilities for regionally more integrated and transparent trading platforms or exchange(s) to develop?
